Melvyn Irvine was from the Village of Dervock, County Antrim Northern Ireland. He was one of the 12 Founding Members of the Club in January 2008 and became the First Chairman of the Club.

Melvyn sadly passed away on the 29th May 2014 just 4 days after his 59th Birthday. He is missed by all who knew him within the Club.
